When you reserve an apartment or register interest with CitiTower, we collect personal information including your full name, email address, telephone number, country of residence, and any unit preferences or notes you provide. Payment details for founding member deposits are processed directly and securely via Stripe — CitiTower never stores your credit card details.
We use your data exclusively to manage and process your apartment reservation, deliver legal contracts and documentation via SignWell, coordinate your installment payment schedule upon construction commencement, and provide periodic project milestone updates. We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties.
All financial transactions and deposit payments are handled by Stripe under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance. Your communication with our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL protocols.
We retain reservation records, purchase agreements, and correspondence for the duration of the pre-construction phase and as required by real estate and financial regulatory authorities.
